Job Description
About Clipster
Clipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits. Brands pay for verified organic views, and creators earn based on how their content actually performs.
The role
You own every message Clipster sends to its clients and creators, and the written proof that our campaigns work. This is a hands-on writing and execution role, not a marketing strategy role.
What you'll do
What we offer
We don't read CVs first. Your application is one written task, and we only open CVs for the applications that pass it.
The task: check out clipster.gg, then write the email a brand should receive the day after its first Clipster campaign ends. Keep it under 200 words and add one paragraph explaining your choices. Send it with your CV and two links to marketing work you wrote yourself.

- 460,000+ creators
- 165B+ verified views
- 2,850+ successful campaigns
The role
You own every message Clipster sends to its clients and creators, and the written proof that our campaigns work. This is a hands-on writing and execution role, not a marketing strategy role.
What you'll do
- Client lifecycle email. Build and run the emails brands get from signup to their third campaign: onboarding, what happens during a campaign and the results summaries.
- Creator lifecycle email. Keep our creators active and informed: new campaigns, payout and product changes, reactivation of creators who have gone quiet.
- Product launches and updates. Work with the product team to announce what ships, to both clients and creators, on the day it ships.
- Case studies. Work with the campaign managers to turn strong campaigns into case studies and proof.
- Website and blog content. Write landing pages and blog articles against briefs and publish them.
- 3 to 5 years in lifecycle, product, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS company, a marketplace, or a creator economy business
- Excellent written English. Clear, short, specific. You can write a product update a creator understands in one read and a recap email a label head forwards to their boss
- Hands-on experience running an email platform yourself: segments, automated flows, A/B tests, deliverability basics
- You have executed against an SEO brief before and know the on-page basics: structure, metadata, internal links, publishing in a CMS
- You use AI writing tools every day and edit their output hard. We can tell the difference
- You're able to pull numbers from a dashboard and turning them into a claim you can defend
What we offer
- Competitive salary
- Relocation support to Dubai
- Flexible time off
- Annual education stipend
- A small team with no layers. Decisions take minutes
