Edenred UAE is a fast growing payroll service provider serving more than 15,000 business and more than 2.2 million unbanked employees. We service over 10 banks and 35 financial institutions. We offer a unique value proposition for companies to manage their payroll and for employees to receive their salaries and use it in the simplest way offering multiple value added services via our mobile app (money transfer, mobile recharge and card services)
The Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the core of our growth initiatives, playing a critical role in accelerating the expansion of our active user base for C3Pay in the dynamic and rapidly evolving fintech sector. This role uniquely blends analytical, creative, and strategic responsibilities to drive impactful growth. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing growth campaigns, monitoring and analyzing their performance, and leveraging insights to refine future strategies.
This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including Product and Technology, to ensure that all growth initiatives are cohesive and aligned with our overall business objectives. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a substantial impact on the company's success.
Responsibilities
Plan, design and execute innovative growth experiments aimed at user acquisition, platform engagement, reactivation and increasing Customer Lifetime Value.
− Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential threats within the landscape.
− Collaborate closely with other teams within marketing (Design, CRM and Performance Marketing) and cross-functional teams like Product, Data and Engineering to ensure synergy and effectiveness in growth strategies.
− Own the growth initiatives end-to-end including segmentation, offer design, creative/messaging, launch, monitoring and post-analysis with recommendation.
− Own the experiment pipeline: identify bottlenecks, form hypotheses, prioritize tests by expected impact and confidence. Design holdout-based experiments with clear success metrics, guardrails, and duration logic. Quantify incremental impact by measuring lift, and incremental revenue and/or ROI.
− Manage stakeholder expectations and streamline marketing operations over time.
How Your Success Will Be Measured
− YoY increase in penetration of our value-added services like money transfer, mobile recharge and loyalty subscription.
− Increase in acquisition of new users who transact within the app.
− Decrease in churn of customers using the value-added services within the app.
− Reactivation of dormant customer base.
− YoY increase in the Average Revenue per User (ARPU) for value added services.
Your Profile
Here are the qualities that will make you a perfect fit:
− Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field.
− Minimum Of 4 Years Experience In Growth Marketing.
− Proven experience in product growth experiments with measureable outcomes.
− Must be fluent in growth economics with a thorough understanding of LTV, CAC, ARPU and ROI
− Excellent SQL competency with ability to write queries for cohorting, segmentation, experiment readouts and KPI tracking
− Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
− Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. − A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Nice-to-Have
− Experience in e-commerce, subscription based apps and fintech apps. − Experience with mobile engagement platforms like Clevertap, Moengage or any similar tools.
