Smarterminds is a cross-border tech startup with AI-powered products built for real-world problems. We're taking SmarterATS (our AI-native ATS for startups) to market, and we need someone to own it.
The Role
This is a Go-to-Market (GTM) ownership role. You'll define how SmarterATS enters the market, who it speaks to, and why they should care. If you step up, take initiative, and make things happen rather than wait to be told what to do — this is your seat.
What You'll Own
- Shape how SmarterATS tells its story to the world: the narrative, the voice, the way it shows up
- Build the organic GTM engine: content, social, and community that outlast any ad campaign
- Content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook that builds awareness and drives real demand.
- Events, webinars, and activations that grow our community and convert interest into pipeline
- PR and media relationships that establish SmarterATS as a name in the HR tech space
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (+2 years) in product marketing, growth, or GTM at a tech or SaaS startup
- Fluent in English: written and spoken
- Comfortable on camera and public speaking
- Someone who shows up with a strategy and has ownership mentality from day one
- A creative mind that can translate a product feature into a story people actually want to read
- Proven results: product adoption, audience growth, lead generation, or revenue impact
- Organized and fast-moving: able to hold strategy and execution at the same time
