Job Summary

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship between assigned markets and the organization, with the objective of increasing sales and profitability. This role is pivotal in aligning brand strategies with market needs and supporting sales performance across the region

Key Accountabilities

  • Maximize sales volume and profitability through effective brand and product management, including positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and grow a profitable share within defined market segments.
  • Support the Country Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.
  • Own the overall P&L responsibility for the brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the product range, including local product assortment and pricing strategies.
  • Propose and implement monthly sales and marketing plans.
  • Define and execute the brand marketing plan in collaboration with Marcom teams (ATL, BTL, Digital).
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Recommend retail and tactical incentives to drive brand performance.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information to distributors and partners.
  • Coordinate order planning and stock management with the supply chain team.
  • Ensure regional compliance with brand guidelines in coordination with HQ.
  • Identify local market needs and propose product adaptations or new product requirements.
  • Lead the commercial launch of new products in the region

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven background in product marketing and/or sales management in the automotive sector.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in product marketing, or
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales within the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Languages: English (Required), Arabic (Advantage), French (Advantage)
