Job Objectives:
To contribute to the organization's growth objectives by independently developing and executing market-driven products, services, and marketing initiatives. The role leverages customer and market insights to drive product innovation, ensure effective cross-functional execution, monitor performance outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and manage products from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Independently plan, develop, and execute the launch of marketing products, services, and campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of marketing processes and performance.
- Lead product launches by coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, IT, and external partners to ensure successful execution.
- Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, testing, approvals, and launch of products, services, and initiatives.
- Lead or actively contribute to product development activities, including defining target segments, pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support go-to-market strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue impact.
- Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and enhance product competitiveness.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on market intelligence, competitor analysis, customer insights, and product performance to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Product Specifications (MPS).
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and launch.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable roadmaps.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements.
- Support governance processes throughout product lifecycle and launch activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
Minimum Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, and any related Marketing roles.
