Job Overview
Responsible for driving market promotion and business rollout of RWA (Real World Asset) products through traditional finance channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage traditional brokerages, asset management firms, and other institutional clients to establish and maintain partnerships, driving RWA products into their client recommendation systems
- Develop a deep understanding of traditional financial institutions client structures, compliance requirements, and product preferences to design targeted channel promotion strategies
- Plan and execute promotional activities aimed at traditional finance audiences, including roadshows, co-branded events, and institutional-focused sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional resources internally (Asset, BD, Compliance, Marketing, Regional teams, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of channel promotion initiatives
- Manage the full lifecycle of channel partnerships: initial proposal discussions, execution and follow-up during collaboration, and post-partnership performance review and relationship maintenance
- Track key channel metrics (client acquisition volume, conversion rate, AUM contribution, institutional engagement, etc.) and continuously optimize channel strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience; prior experience at a traditional brokerage, bank, or asset management firm preferred
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of traditional financial products (bonds, funds, structured products, REITs, etc.) and institutional client decision-making processes
- Understanding of basic RWA industry concepts and leading projects (e.g., Ondo, Maple, Centrifuge), with the ability to clearly explain on-chain asset logic to traditional finance audiences
- Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to independently communicate and collaborate with overseas institutions and cross-regional teams
- Strong execution ability, capable of driving multiple channel initiatives in parallel under a fast-paced environment
