Job Description:
The Product Owner/Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams by ensuring that business objectives are translated into actionable product requirements. Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and user requirements with precision.
- Experience in converting business needs into epics, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization based on value, risk, and dependency analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment on project scope, roadmap, and delivery objectives.
- Experience in supporting Agile methodologies, especially in sprint planning and facilitation of change control processes.
- Proficiency in leading UAT processes, including the creation of test scenarios and leading business sign-off activities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with preference for candidates who are Saudi nationals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document user and business requirements through collaboration with various stakeholders and end-users.
- Transform identified needs into structured epics and user stories, ensuring the inclusion of comprehensive acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value, associated risks, and project dependencies.
- Align key stakeholders on project scope, short-term product roadmap, and longer-term release objectives to ensure strategic alignment.
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions, providing necessary clarifications to the development team and managing change control requests.
- Lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including the development of detailed test scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to ensure product quality and coherence with business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide business sign-off on completed projects and features, verifying that all acceptance criteria have been met prior to release.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of product requirements, backlogs, and testing processes to support continuous learning and improvement.
