We're looking for a Product Owner with strong Business Analysis skills to act as the key bridge between the Founder and the Development team. You will translate business goals into clear product requirements, define the roadmap and priorities, and ensure developers build the right featuresfast, clean, and aligned with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and feature prioritization based on business impact.
- Translate ideas into clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Break down features into MVP scope and phased releases.
- Run discovery sessions with the Founder and stakeholders to clarify needs and constraints.
- Maintain a clean, prioritized product backlog (e.g., Jira/ClickUp/Trello).
- Support developers with clarifications, edge cases, and flow definitions.
- Define and track KPIs for features (conversion, retention, usage, etc.).
- Coordinate with design (UI/UX) to ensure user flows and wireframes are ready.
- Lead sprint planning support: refinement, estimation alignment, and delivery follow-up.
- Ensure releases meet requirements through validation and UAT.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Management roles.
- Strong ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of product discovery delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Comfortable with documentation tools: Notion/Confluence/Google Docs.
- Comfortable with backlog tools: Jira / ClickUp / Trello.
