Product Owner – Business Banking

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap and delivery for Business Banking products, aligning product strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements from stakeholders into clear product features, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised product backlogs.
• Work closely with Business Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and UX teams to define and deliver scalable digital banking solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, UAT, release management and post-production enhancements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, regulatory and security requirements, while managing dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and business KPIs to identify opportunities for product improvements, process optimisation and new capabilities.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience working as a Product Owner / Product Manager in the Business Banking domain.
• Strong understanding of business banking products, processes and digital banking platforms, preferably covering SME/Corporate Banking, payments, lending, deposits or cash management.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlog management, user stories and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
