Product Owner

Key Responsibilities *

• Own and prioritize the Integration Platform product backlog and roadmap.
• Drive implementation of API, event-driven, messaging, and microservices-based integration patterns.
• Work closely with business, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver integration capabilities.
• Support core banking modernization, coexistence, and migration initiatives.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities for the squad.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.

Core Banking Technical + Functional Expertise

REST/SOAP/API

Integration/ESB/Kafka

Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/OCI)

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *

• 10+ years of experience in banking technology, integration, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking platforms.
• Experience with API Management, Microservices, Event Streaming (Kafka), Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/OCI), and Integration Middleware.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Lead, Integration Lead, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of modern integration patterns, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
