Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Support the Product Team in gathering, organizing, and documenting business and product requirements under the guidance of the Product Team.
- Assist in drafting and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support the analysis of user journeys and help identify potential areas for process and product improvement.
- Assist with product research by collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant user and business information.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and help validate product enhancements before release.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders on assigned requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Assist in backlog preparation and ensure assigned items are properly documented and ready for execution.
- Support the analysis of product data and business metrics to provide relevant insights to the Product Team.
- Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and analysis to support ongoing product initiatives.
- Support the identification of user and business improvement opportunities and contribute ideas and recommendations.
- Support product delivery activities and cross-functional coordination with relevant teams.
- Participate in continuous product improvement initiatives and gain practical exposure to product management processes.
- University students or fresh graduates from Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Product Management and digital products.
- Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience related to product, business analysis, or technology is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Product Management concepts.
- Basic understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.
- Basic understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Basic understanding of user journey analysis.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Stakeholder coordination and follow-up.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Time management and organization.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Task & Documentation Quality
- Quality, accuracy, and completeness of assigned requirements, user stories, analysis, research, and documentation with minimal rework.
- Timely Execution & Support
- Timely completion of assigned product activities, including stakeholder follow-up, UAT support, documentation, and delivery-related tasks.
- Learning & Product Contribution
- Demonstrates continuous learning, applies feedback effectively, and contributes relevant insights or recommendations to assigned product initiatives.
