Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to manage product development and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization of tasks
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to deliver product features
Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
Ensure timely delivery of product features as per roadmap
Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product performance
Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements
Work closely with QA team to ensure quality and bug-free releases
Maintain documentation related to product features and workflows

Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, etc.)
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
