Job Title: Product Owner Business Banking Onboarding & Acquisition
Job Purpose Own the end-to-end digital onboarding and acquisition journeys for Business Banking customers, acting as the primary interface between business decision-makers and delivery teams. The role drives customer acquisition outcomes by translating customer, operational, and compliance needs into a prioritized Product Backlog, enabling efficient delivery of high-quality, compliant product increments and releases.

- Journey Scope: Web, mobile, and assisted onboarding journeys for Business Banking account opening and acquisition funnels.
- Stakeholder Footprint: Cross-functional alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, Governance, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing.
- Operational Impact: Acquisition Volumes, Turnaround-time (TAT), straight-through processing (STP), exception reduction, and portfolio quality outcomes.
