Job Description:
The Product Owner will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate product strategy into actionable development plans. The role focuses on delivering high-impact features, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with user and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Delivery & Execution
- Own and manage the product backlog for assigned product areas
- Translate product strategy and requirements into well-defined user stories and specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product releases.
- Ensure clarity of scope, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes for development work.
Product Discovery & Improvement
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Gather feedback from internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in defining product enhancements and new feature initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap items to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
Product Quality & Experience
- Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Participate in feature validation and release readiness.
- Maintain documentation and product knowledge across the team.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum development teams.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with digital platforms or B2B products.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze product performance and user behavior.
