The Product Owner will support the Product Team in the tactical execution of the Rewaa Platform. You will be responsible for translating the product vision into actionable user stories, managing the product backlog, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in product management within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, understood, and reflects the next steps for the development team
  • User Stories & Requirements: Draft detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements based on the roadmap provided by Product Managers
  • Sprint Participation: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) to clarify requirements for the engineering team
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Review and test developed features against acceptance criteria to ensure they meet quality standards before release
  • Data Support: Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing product metrics to help inform prioritization
  • Collaboration: Work daily with developers and designers to resolve blockers and ensure the Definition of Done is met

Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a software environment (SaaS or POS experience is a plus)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Agile Mindset: Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a focus on documenting clear and concise requirements
  • Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn product management best practices and industry trends
