We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. This is an opportunity to take ownership of digital product delivery within a complex, fast-moving environment, working across business, technology, design and engineering teams to turn business objectives into successful digital products and services.

TAs Product Owner, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and teams remain focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning, managing and continuously refining the product backlog
• Translating business objectives and requirements into clear user stories and actionable delivery requirements
• Defining detailed acceptance criteria
• Prioritising features and requirements based on business value, dependencies and delivery objectives
• Working closely with business, product, design and technical teams
• Managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities
• Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies
• Ensuring development teams have clear and sufficiently detailed requirements
• Understanding end-to-end digital products, platforms, integrations and service journeys
• Managing senior stakeholders and communicating product priorities effectively
• Driving delivery against agreed business objectives
• Adapting quickly as priorities and requirements evolve throughout the programme

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner within complex digital or technology programmes
• Strong experience in product prioritisation and backlog ownership
• Excellent understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
• Strong understanding of digital products, platforms and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience delivering government or public-sector digital transformation programmes would be highly desirable, with previous exposure to Abu Dhabi Government environments considered a significant advantage.
