About The Role
Backlog & Development Management
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for multiple portfolios ensuring alignment with business objectives and development capacity.
Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into well-defined
user stories and acceptance criteria.
Balance
business ambition with development constraints, ensuring realistic and achievable delivery schedules.
Define and maintain the
product evolution plan, keeping track of existing features, new updates, and long-term strategy.
Own the
design simplification and scalability of the product, ensuring high performance and usability.
Work closely with IT teams to
trigger technical enablers that support business needs and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Act as the key interface between
business stakeholders (Project Managers, Product Managers, Technology Consultants, Pre-Sales, etc.) and the
Scrum team.
Lead discussions on
business and technical evaluations for new product developments and changes.
Align development pipeline (backlog, releases, and sprints) with business goals to avoid planning conflicts.
Participate in
product strategy setting, contributing to the roadmap and identifying potential product extensions.
Ensure seamless
communication management for major and minor platform changes, keeping customers and impacted users informed.
Agile Execution & Quality Assurance
Own and define the
Definition of Done at the story, sprint, and release levels in collaboration with the Scrum team.
Clearly communicate
release scope and goals to development teams to ensure alignment.
Lead
platform capacity management, change and release management, and quality assurance efforts.
Evaluate product progress at each stage of the development process and make
go/no-go decisions for the next phases.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings, ensuring the best user experience and product quality.
Training, Support & Documentation
Conduct
training sessions for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and operations teams to ensure smooth product adoption.
Own and manage the
demo platform, ensuring stakeholders have a clear view of product capabilities.
Contribute to
knowledge management systems, case studies, and product documentation for internal and external use.
Support bid processes, including
pricing standardization for new product features.
About You
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in IT solutions, SaaS, enterprise platforms, or technology-driven environments.
Strong understanding of
Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in backlog management and user story creation.
Knowledge of
IT service management (ITSM), cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience in defining and leading
interface integrations between multiple platforms.
Ability to assess and balance
business priorities with technical feasibility.
Familiarity with
product management tools like Jira, Confluence.
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (
CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
Experience with
ITIL , Safe frameworks, DevOps .
