Job Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will leverage your expertise to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and user needs. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and users to deliver high-quality products that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with company objectives and user needs.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and strategic goals.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• User-Centric Design: Utilize your UI/UX knowledge to advocate for user-centered design principles in product development.
• Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is focused and productive.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Testing and Feedback: Facilitate user testing sessions and gather feedback to iterate on product features and improve user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
• Previous experience with app and website projects is required.
• Strong background in UI/UX design and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Fluent in English
