Job Description

Job Role (Summary):

  • Gather and define product requirements with stakeholders.
  • Prepare requirement documents and ensure clear scope alignment.
  • Lead internal and external meetings to finalize business needs.
  • Write and manage user stories, epics, and requirements in JIRA.
  • Track requirements status and handle changes when needed.
  • Support product planning by suggesting improvements and new features.
  • Ensure UAT covers all requirements and matches user expectations.
  • Work with technical writers on product documentation.

Key Skills (Summary):


  • Experience in requirement gathering and leading discussions.
  • Strong knowledge in cloud-based apps & microservices.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in Draw.io / Visio / UML for process mapping.
  • Strong experience with JIRA & Agile delivery.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work with both business & technical teams.
