Product Owner

Xebia is looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Airlines/Aviation, SAFe Agile Delivery, and Data Platforms to lead enterprise-scale digital and data transformation initiatives.

This role requires a professional who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, own product delivery end-to-end, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and drive the execution of data-driven solutions across Agile Release Trains.

What We're Looking For

✅ Mandatory Airline Industry Experience

✅ Strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst

✅ Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile, PI Planning, Sprint Execution, and Release Governance

✅ Expertise in Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Prioritization using WSJF

✅ Strong stakeholder management across Business, Technology, Vendors, and Leadership Teams

✅ Experience tracking delivery metrics including:

• Velocity
• Sprint Burndown
• Cycle Time
• Predictability
• PI Objective Achievement
• Defect Leakage

✅ Understanding of modern data ecosystems including:

• Databricks
• Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture
• ETL/ELT Pipelines
