We are currently recruiting for a Product Planning Specialist- Automotive OEM our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.
Responsibility-
- Primarily responsible for product planning and management tailored to the Middle East and Africa regional markets and user characteristics.
- Conduct market feasibility studies for new products, propose market positioning, product positioning, competitive positioning, and user positioning. Define product concepts and configuration ranges, and participate in developing market equations.
- Responsible for defining products and setting development priorities tailored to specific regions based on strategy, users, and competition. Monitor the achievement of product definition objectives and refine key selling points.
- Manage product lifecycles according to planning, proposing action strategies based on market, competitive, and demand analysis.
Skills-
- Familiarity with basic automotive structure and principles and Familiarity with product planning and development processes.
- Proficiency in common product planning tools and methodologies, understanding of market and user research processes and fundamental approaches.
- Market-savvy; strong verbal communication and teamwork skills; highly responsible with a strong sense of dedication; adept at applying new methodologies to solve problems; active thinker with a love for learning.
