Product & Portfolio Executive

Role Overview

Kamel Pay is seeking a motivated and analytical Product & Portfolio Executive to support the development, launch, and ongoing management of its card products and customer portfolios.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, analyse customer and transaction trends, and identify opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, and usage. This position is suitable for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in developing a career in fintech, payments, card products, or portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify card issuance trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales — to support product launches and successful project execution.
• Support the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing card products.
• Analyse customer behaviour, transaction and usage trends, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and improved customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain product presentations, FAQs, product documentation, and customer-facing collateral that highlight key product features and benefits.
• Support end-to-end card lifecycle management initiatives, including activation, usage, engagement, rewards, retention, and portfolio optimisation campaigns.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience; candidates early in their career or recent graduates with a strong interest in product and portfolio management are encouraged to apply.

Salary: 6000-7000 AED/Month
