About The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Product Sales Executive to grow our Adhesives & Bonding Solutions business across Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will help develop and expand our presence across multiple adhesive adjacencies including:
- Wood & furniture adhesives
- Packaging adhesives
- Hot-melt adhesives
- Industrial tapes & films
- Specialty glues and bonding solutions
You will start as a standalone contributor, building the business foundation. As revenues scale, you will have the opportunity to expand and build your own team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across assigned adhesive product lines
- Leverage your existing client network to generate immediate commercial traction
- Identify and develop new customers across manufacturing, packaging, wood, and industrial segments
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and support technical trials where required
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial agreements
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain structured reporting and sales pipeline visibility
This role is highly performance-driven, where success will be measured primarily by new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a commercially aggressive, relationship-oriented sales professional with existing exposure to the adhesives or related industrial materials market.
Requirements
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales
- Experience in adhesives, tapes, films, packaging materials, or related industrial inputs
- Solid network of manufacturing clients in Saudi Arabia ready to engage commercially
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to operate independently and build a market from the ground up
- Fluent in English
Strong Plus:
- Exposure to wood/furniture adhesives
- Experience with packaging or hot-melt adhesives
- Arabic language proficiency
