Role Overview
The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth across a portfolio of advanced technology products, including robotics, smart home devices, and smart building automation solutions. This role requires a high-performing sales professional with strong market-penetration capabilities, rapid deal-closing skills, and the ambition to progress into a senior leadership role within the Product Division.
The position is best suited for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to operate in fast-moving markets, and a track record of delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop and execute market-entry and market-expansion strategies to establish strong product presence in new territories.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to senior management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across robotics, smart home, and smart building automation product lines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical support to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
- Provide structured feedback to the Product Division on market needs, product performance, and areas for enhancement.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and long-term potential to assume the General Manager, Product Division position.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 57 years of proven sales experience with technology products, ideally within robotics, smart home solutions, IoT devices, or smart building automation.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals with short sales cycles.
- Experience driving aggressive penetration into new or underdeveloped markets.
- Familiarity with technology product lifecycles, channel management, and customer acquisition strategies.
