Job Summary

The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and managing Medica's customer accounts to drive brand growth and performance. This role involves promoting Medica products, building strong, long-term customer relationships, and following the sales process, including timely follow-up on customer payments and ensuring that all sales activities are tracked in the CRM.

The Product Sales Specialist collects customer needs and provides tailored solutions to maximize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to Medica's overall success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer accounts to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Medica's customers, including doctors and key institutions such as hospitals and clinics.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely product delivery, and exceptional post-sales support.
  • Follow up promptly on customer leads and inquiries.
  • Follow up promptly on outstanding payments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Track and record all sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in the CRM system in strict adherence to the established sales process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the system, adhering to credit and operational policies.
  • Work closely with the legal department to finalize and close agreements, ensuring full compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues proactively to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams to resolve product-related issues effectively.
  • Report and collect market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and inform strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses related to the assigned portfolio.
  • Represent Medica at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and expand the customer network.
  • Assist in the design and execution of promotional campaigns to boost product sales and brand visibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medica's products, services, pricing structures, and market positioning.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Follow all established sales processes and company policies diligently to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of customer transactions and communication history for accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Engineering or any related life science degree is required.
  • Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, or other tools).
  • Aesthetic sales experience is required.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a must.
  • Own a car with a driving license.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/medical promotion in KSA market is a must.
  • Proven experience in selling aesthetic equipment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and open new accounts.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand performance.
  • Strong Market Knowledge.
