As we scale, we are actively expanding our B2B division, strengthening our presence in corporate and wholesale markets, and building long-term strategic partnerships globally.

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to build and optimize our international supplier ecosystem.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a transactional buyer role. This position requires full ownership of sourcing strategy, supplier discovery, negotiations, sampling, and cost optimization across multiple markets.

You will play a critical role in ensuring product excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable margin growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and source manufacturing partners internationally (China, Turkey, Europe, UAE)

Build and maintain direct relationships with factories and suppliers

Manage sampling processes and product development cycles

Source materials for made-to-order and custom products

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, production timelines, and payment terms

Calculate and optimize full landed cost

Evaluate and compare suppliers to build a reliable vendor database

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising premium quality

Coordinate production schedules and shipment timelines

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement

Proven hands-on experience working with Chinese manufacturers

Strong understanding of custom production and packaging processes

Excellent negotiation and commercial decision-making skills

Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Fluent in English and Arabic
