About the Role
Assess examination findings and diagnose hearing and auditory conditions. Determine appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Counsel cochlear implant patients and provide required rehabilitation services.
- Educate patients and family members on communication strategies, including lip reading and assistive listening technologies.
- Monitor patient progress, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide guidance on hearing loss prevention and hearing health awareness.
- Research hearing and balance disorders to identify causes and potential treatment solutions.
- Identify business expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios across products and market segments.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently delivering high-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with patients, customers, and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales and/or audiology-related field.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Audiology or related field.
- Certification: Relevant certification in Speech and Audiology.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, customer relationship management, and patient counseling skills.
