We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Product Specialist – Surgical Equipment & Maxillofacial products to join our team at Bayan Medical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Neurosurgical Products and Consumables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Specialize in sales of Surgical Equipment & Maxillofacial products.
- Establish and implement sales objectives and goals.
- Consistently achieves and exceeds Annual Sales Targets by planning, organizing and managing all sales activities.
- Foster and nurture strategic relationships with surgeons and hospital purchasing personnel.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations to Surgeons and medical staff.
- Track and analyze competitor activities and products.
- Explore markets in order to identify new sales leads, opportunities and industry trends.
- Represent the company and engage with industry professional at Medical Conferences and other events.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in the UAE market is mandatory.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
