Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Product Specialist in the CNS Line at Reflect Pharma. The primary responsibilities include managing the sales and promotion of the CNS (Central Nervous System) product line, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing in-depth product knowledge. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, ensuring market growth, analyzing competitors, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with marketing and medical teams will also be a key aspect of the role to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and product promotion experience, particularly in pharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of the CNS product line or a background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and data
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in planning and implementing strategies to achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant systems and software tools
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
