Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist, primarily based in Cairo, Egypt.The Product Specialist will engage in managing product knowledge, providing support to customers, and working closely with sales and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities include building strong client relationships, analyzing market opportunities, demonstrating product value, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives.

• Expertise in product management and specialization for delivering in-depth product knowledge
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and generate strategic insights
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to drive product adoption and growth
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work setup
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacist, Veterinery, Life Sciences,Biotechnology.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or laboratory sector is advantageous
