Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the development, enhancement, and success of digital products and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure products meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Support product planning, roadmap execution, and feature prioritization.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and product requirements.

• Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities.

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.

• Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and training materials.

• Support stakeholders and users by providing product knowledge and guidance.

• Contribute to product improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Specialist roles.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management tools.

• Knowledge of UX/UI concepts and customer journey mapping.

• Experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise systems.

• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software testing processes.
