Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves scientific product detailing, territory management, and market analysis to ensure sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to ensure continued business growth.

Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies according to the company's call plan.

Organize and participate in medical events, product presentations, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and report insights to management.

Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM systems or reports.

Provide feedback and recommendations to the marketing and medical teams based on market needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science (Biology/Chemistry).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong scientific knowledge and ability to discuss medical concepts confidently.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital communication tools.

Valid driving license (if required).
