Role Description The Product Specialist role at Heart Care Medical is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Product Specialist will support the promotion, education, and utilization of cardiovascular products, working closely with healthcare providers and internal teams. Daily tasks include providing product demonstrations, answering technical and clinical questions, and offering training to medical staff on proper product use. The role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams, gathering feedback from clients, and assisting in market research to improve product positioning. The Product Specialist will also help prepare product documentation and presentations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product performance.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, pharmacy, life sciences, or business.
• Experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with occasional travel to healthcare facilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office and presentation software.
