About the Role

We are hiring 2Product Specialists, with one position based in Riyadh and one in Jeddah.

Join MSS in delivering high-end surgical solutions that support healthcare professionals and improve patient care across the private healthcare sector. The role supports the promotion, positioning, and implementation of high-end surgical solutions by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing clinical support, delivering product training, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure the effective promotion of innovative surgical technologies while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell high-end surgical solutions to private hospitals across KSA, achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining strong profit margins.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and HCPs, and other key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Identify clinical needs and present tailored product solutions through meetings, demonstrations, and value-based discussions.
  • Attend surgical procedures in operating rooms and labs to provide technical and clinical support when required.
  • Organize and deliver product training and educational programs for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
  • Lead product evaluations and coordinate new product trials within hospital accounts.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years sales experience in the medical industry.
  • Strong experience in the surgical field in KSA.
  • Solid exposure to the private sector in KSA.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or any other related field to medicine.
