Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist – Medical Aesthetics to drive sales and business development for a portfolio of dermal fillers, injectables and aesthetic products across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell dermal fillers, aesthetic injectables and medical aesthetic products.
Develop relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Conduct regular clinic visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
Generate new business while developing existing customer accounts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong network within the UAE aesthetic and dermatology market.
Provide product information, clinical/product positioning and competitor insights to customers.
Coordinate product launches, workshops, conferences and other promotional activities.
Maintain accurate customer information, sales pipelines and follow-ups through CRM.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market developments.
Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to increase product penetration and repeat business.

Requirements

2–4+ years of UAE sales experience, preferably within medical aesthetics, dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
Experience selling dermal fillers, injectables, skin boosters, mesotherapy or related aesthetic products preferred.
Existing network of aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic doctors is a strong advantage.
Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven with proven experience in generating repeat business.
UAE driving licence preferred.
