Handle Sales & Business Development for Orthopedic Vertical in assigned territory.
- Create Sales plans and forecasts in alignment with business objectives
- Achievement of set objectives for Top line
- Achievement of objectives for premium products
- Drive robust Growth for the business.
Develop Business in given countries
- Assessment of existing partner's capabilities / performance
- Creation & Management of key accounts Hospitals / Institutions
- Sales & Training Support
- Institutional Sales Management / Tender Business
- Participate in decision to expand operations in territories under him.
- Suggest an action plan
- Helps in scouting candidates & in recruitment process
- Build a winning team
Development of Key Opinion Leaders in assign territories.
- Identification of KOL's, establishing contacts.
- Plan Activities & Engagement for the KOL's. like Testimonials / Webinars etc.
- Preparing KOL's to act as Speaker for Biotech in various Congresses or International Speaker Programmes
- Marketing Board Creation
Initiation & management of Speakers Engagement Programme.
- Selection of centers / Investigators
- Collection of PMS data
- Follow up & Data collection
Custodian of Systems & Process for smooth running of backend operations
- Submission of Market Intelligence to HO
- Competition Feedback
- Ensuring the submission of Rolling Forecast / Sales & Stock Statement
