The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales, marketing, and support of heavy equipment and related parts within the assigned market. This job is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively supporting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Maintain an understanding of Gargash Trading products and services, including specifications, functionalities, and competitive advantages.
Assist with the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the client base and increase product visibility within the target market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering technical support throughout the sales process.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive products, and use this information to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
Assist with product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and unique features of products.
Coordinate with the sales team, engineers, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations, effective product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and interactions with clients, utilising company CRM systems and other relevant tools.
Support ongoing technical support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have with the products.
Assist with training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding of the product features, applications, and maintenance procedures.
Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.
