Role Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Giza. The Product Specialist will manage the promotion and sales of the company's products, maintaining strong customer relationships to meet sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product performance, conducting market research, providing technical support to customers, and contributing to business growth. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Specialist with a focus on managing product promotion and driving sales
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and enhance product performance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Sales and result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Pharmaceuticals, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Previous experience in the health or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
