Skills & Requirements

Ensure smooth workflow and daily production continuity.

Supervise production operations according to approved SOPs.

Oversee daily production processes and ensure all tasks meet required quality levels.

Follow up on proper machine operation and coordinate with the maintenance team when needed.

Monitor the performance of production employees and evaluate their daily efficiency.

Follow up on workers attendance, leave, and discipline.

Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding material withdrawals and quantities per shift.

Prepare daily and monthly production reports.

Distribute manpower across production lines to ensure optimal workflow.

Analyze daily production data including breakdowns and maintenance reports and submit findings to the Production Manager.

Evaluate employees within the production department in coordination with the shift supervisor.

Review technical specifications for products in coordination with the Quality Assurance department.

Follow up with consumption reports and ensure accurate data for materials and chemicals.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Science.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in production.
