Production Chemist (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing chemical production processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production stages and operate manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Prepare raw materials and formulations as per approved recipes.
• Conduct in-process checks and coordinate with the Quality Control team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Record daily production and operating data accurately.
• Report any process deviations, defects, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (internship or industrial training is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to work in a factory/production environment and shifts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of laboratory testing and quality concepts.
• Commitment to safety and operational discipline.
