Production Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY
The Production Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for VOX Studios team by raising Pos, chase payments, signatures, scheduling meetings, events, organzing production deliverables, and tracking and updating data.

ROLE PROFILE

• Provide Administrative Support To Vox Studios Team Including But Not Limited To Raising Pos, Chasing Payments, Signatures Etc.
• Schedule Logistics Including But Not Limited To Meetings Travel, Events Etc.
• Prepare The Production Budget Assessment And Schedules.
• Organize And Manage Development & Production Deliverables.
• Coordinate With Internal And External Parties On Production-Related Day-To-Day Updates Throughout All Phases.
• Ensure Information And Archives Have The Necessary Information To Efficiently Manage, Organize, Retain, And Delete Media Assets.
• Handle Onboarding For New Team Members.
• Coordinate Document Distribution, Information Flow, And Data Tracking .

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Communication Skills In Arabic And English - Both Written And Spoken.
• 3-5 Year Of Experience Working As An Assistant Or Production Coordinator.
• Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Staff, Management, Executive Leadership
• Self-Starter Skilled In Multitasking And Time Management.
• Trustworthy And And Ablt To Maintain Professionalism & Secrecy.
• Detail Oriented And Organized.
