Key Accountabilities
Manpower management
- Enhancing the line condition & efficiency of workers
- New project co-ordination (Tryout / S.O.P / Stabilization)
- Training/Recruiting local office staff and workers
- Reviewing training manual & establishing training plans for staff, employees
Quality & Machine management
- Process verification and facility improvement & Enhancing line operation ratio.
- Supervision of Installation of Factory Equipment (Jig, robot, transfer system, hoist, sealing machines etc.)
- Inspecting equipment drawing and finding point to be corrected.
- Safety Management for Factory Construction
- Searching problem of equipment and finding counter measure.
- Improving & assuring vehicle quality regarding customer claim
- Searching shortage & failure of quality status.
- Establish counter measure for quality problem & issues
Material supply management & development of Method
- Review of supply plan for local companies and sub-materials
- Comparing biding cost & purchasing proper items.
- Calculating quantities of sub-material exactly and purchasing.
- Reviewing & modifying process sheet of stations.
- Review of reducing cost regarding material & equipment.
Job Requirements
- University degrees in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- English: Proficient
- Preferential treatment for those with Ability to handle Drawing programs (Auto-CAD, Modview, CATIA, etc.)
- At least 3 years experienced in the automotive & manufacturing industry
