This job opportunity is offered by ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Support to the production team and helps execute the company's manufacturing strategy under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
  • Collect and analyze production data to uncover bottlenecks, quality issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Assisting with the implementation of process changes and improvements.
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and production problems.
  • Supporting maintenance activities and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Participating in the development of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance production.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience
  • Language proficiency: Good command of English
