Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily furniture production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved according to required quality, quantity, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office, Production Planning, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
• Review production drawings, specifications, BOMs, and material requirements before starting production.
• Follow up on the manufacturing process from raw materials to final product.
• Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization, material consumption, and machine capacity.
• Identify production problems, bottlenecks, and delays and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Reduce material waste, production losses, rework, and downtime.
• Follow up on production priorities and ensure smooth workflow between different production stages.
• Monitor the availability of materials, hardware, accessories, and other production requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to identify and resolve production defects.
• Prepare daily and periodic production reports and performance indicators.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE, quality, and production procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Production, Industrial.
• 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a related production environment.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of wood, MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, paints, hardware, and furniture accessories.
• Experience in production planning, workflow management, and production follow-up.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and furniture shop drawings.
• Good understanding of BOMs, material consumption, and production requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
