Production Engineer

Role Description The Production Engineer will work on-site in Cairo, Egypt in a full-time capacity, overseeing daily production activities within the company's manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing production processes, preparing and executing production plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely output, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting technical issues on the production line, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Engineer will also collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and consistent product quality across suspended ceilings, drywall, hydraulic systems, and facade products.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate data, optimize processes, and solve operational issues.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and report on production performance.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in building materials, hydraulic systems, or metal and facade systems.
• Familiarity with production planning tools, lean manufacturing principles, and basic safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced industrial setting.
