Our diverse product range includes Jams, Syrups, Juices, Honey, Peanut Butter, and sourced Baby food and Baby milk from our group factories in Turkey & Europe.

Requirements and duties :

o Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Production Engineering.

o 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG.

o Monitor production lines performance to reduce downtime and solve technical issues.

o Ensure smooth operations and proper manpower distribution.

o Maintain high production and quality standards.

o Track, analyze, and report production data.

o Apply Lean tools for process improvement.

o Proficient in SOPs, KPI management, and data analysis.

o Strong communication, English, and MS Office skills.
