Production Engineer

1. Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities on the assigned production line to meet production targets and quality standards.
2. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
3. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and machinery.
4. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and identify bottlenecks in the production line.
6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
7. Train and mentor production line staff on best practices, safety guidelines, and efficient use of equipment.
8. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Production / Mechanical/Textile or related field).
• Experience in the garment & textile industry is required.
• Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• From 3-5 years of Experience.
