Role Purpose:
Ensure producing quality products as per plan with optimum utilization of available resources
Accountabilities:
- Develop task list and work schedules for the shift to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Drive and ensure minimum waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs
- Drive high efficiency and asset life through reviewing production process, machine basic maintenance and changeover activities
- Manage the production plan received, through comminuting with other departments to ensure meeting the timeline
- Maximize productivity and efficiency through shift planning schedule
- Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure right input/output data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material)
- On time reporting of the daily production performance
- Analyze daily production downtime during daily meeting and generate action plans to ensure prevention of reoccurrence
- Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with PepsiCo Best Practices
- Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
- Assess, coach and train team members on technical skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)
- 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG
- Computer skills
- Experience in ERP System
