Abu Dhabi - 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)
Offshore - 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week
Salary Range
AED 12,000 - 14,000 per month

Qualification (minimum)
Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience (minimum)
Possess 12+ years of proven expertise in production engineering in the oil & gas sector.
Experience in Offshore Production Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency

- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely production

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

- Develop and maintain production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve production processes

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Proven experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the oil and gas industry

- Strong understanding of production processes and techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software

- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required
