We are looking for a detail‑oriented
Production Engineer to support the optimization of our assembly processes and ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality production operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine process flows, solve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing manufacturing environment while expanding your technical and operational expertise.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and optimize assembly process flows to support efficient, high‑quality production.
- Design, validate, and maintain related tooling and fixtures for production.
- Develop and maintain process documentation (e.g., SOPs).
- Participate in troubleshooting technical issues on production lines and complete corresponding problem reports.
- Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering.
- Experience in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Background in assembly processes, tooling, or fixture-related engineering work.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement activities related to efficiency, quality, or cost..
